    Returns and complaints

    The customer has the right to check the shipment when receiving it from the courier and upon finding irregularities (the item is broken, cracked, struck or scratched), to refuse to accept it without paying a fee.

    The Client has the right to withdraw from this contract – to return the purchased goods, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, all charges for returning the goods are at the expense of the client.

    If you would like to return an item purchased from us, you must first contact us and fill out the return form. You must send the item to an address which we will indicate to you, at your expense. Once we receive your shipment, we will review it to make sure it is in commercial form (not hit, scratched, cracked, broken, as well as with original packaging and labels). Then, within 14 business days, we will refund the amount to your IBAN you specified on the return form.

    * Please note that items that are custom-made can not be returned.


    Due to the specificity of the products, complaints regarding broken, cracked, struck or scratched goods are accepted only upon inspection of the shipment, in the presence of a courier. If you do not do so, the item is deemed to be approved by you and you lose the right to claim later that the goods were delivered with obvious defects.

    In the case of a factory defect claim, all costs for returning the product are borne by Baneff

    * All products are decorated with genuine Italian gold, so never place your item in the microwave.

    * It is normal for prolonged use of the gold to begin to wear out, so do not rub it with rough brushes and abrasives, and do not place it in dishwashers.

    Baneff accepts no liability and accepts no complaints regarding the improper use of the products.
