    Order and delivery methods

    Orders placed and confirmed on business days by 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day, if product is available. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays are shipped on the second business day thereafter. Confirmation is by phone call or email from us. If an item is not available, its production time is two weeks.

    How can I order?
    To order from Baneff, you must first select the item, then specify the desired quantity and press the “buy” button. Take a good look at the contents of the shopping cart located in the upper right corner of the site and continue with the order completion button. In the blank fields you have to fill in your delivery details, and in the field “order notes” it is advisable to describe the desired color, decoration or whatever you want your item to have. Once you have completed everything and agreed to the terms of use and privacy policy, press the order button. You will automatically receive an email detailing the order.
    After you place your order, we will contact you to clarify the availability of the goods and the details of the delivery.

    Delivery and payment method
    For Bulgaria all orders are shipped with the courier company Econt and for the rest of the world with Bulgarian Post Office. Each shipment is also insured and sent with a review option. All orders over 69 BGN or 100 EUR are delivered free of charge to Econt’s office/ through Bulgarian post office. For orders under 70 BGN/ 100EUR, the delivery prices are according to the tariffs of the courier company Econt/ Bulgarian post office for the rest of the world. The payment is made upon delivery of the order with postage payment or with a bank transfer for Bulgaria and in advance for the rest of the world. All prices on the site are final and include VAT.

    For domestic shipping – DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT’S PRICES AND IT WILL BE INCLUDED INDIVIDUALLY ON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS!

    For the rest of the world – DELIVERY COST IS INCLUDED IN EVERY PRODUCT’S PRICE!

    Why I don’t have a receipt for the goods?
    For the payment made by the client, Econt issues a postal payment receipt. This receipt is a legally recognized document exempting the trader from the obligation to issue a cash receipt. The postal money order service itself does not require any additional efforts on the part of the merchant or his client.
    The legal basis for the service is Ordinance No. H – 18 of 2006, Art. 3 on “Registration and Reporting of Sales”. According to the text in the Ordinance, one of the options that relieves you from the obligation to issue a Fiscal Note is to make a payment to you by Postal Money Order. This service must be provided by a licensed postal operator such as Econt.
