Is it required to have a registration to place an order?
No, the site does not require registration to place your order.
The product I want to buy is out of stock.
While we try to keep stock of all products, because of their specifics and many variations of color combinations and decorations, it is possible that we may not have the exact item you want. In this case, the production process takes about two weeks.
What is the payment method?
For Bulgaria we accept cash on delivery by postal payment upon receipt of the shipment. Other method is PayPal.
For other countries we accept bank transfers or payment via PayPal. Please contact us to provide you with a bank account.
How do I receive a confirmation of a successful order?
After the order is finalized, you will receive an email summarizing your order. We will then contact you to clarify the order and delivery details.
How will I receive the products and how much does the delivery cost?
For Bulgaria all products are shipped with the Econt courier company with insurance and option “review”. For orders under 70 BGN the delivery price is in accordance with the rates of the courier company. For orders over 69 BGN the delivery is free of charge to Econt’s office.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, for orders outside Bulgaria the delivery is free of charge
Can I cancel my order?
If the product ordered has not yet been shipped to you, your order may be canceled by contacting us at the specified telephone number or via email. In case the item has already been sent for shipment, the return is at the expense of the customer.
Can I return ordered products?
Yes, you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days for Bulgaria and for other countries you need to inform us for your wish to return your order within 14 days. The only condition is that it is in the original commercial form (not broken, cracked, torn, not treated in any way and with preserved packaging and labels).
What documents are required to return a product?
With each shipment you receive a return form, which you must fill out in case you want to return any of the items. If you don’t have one you can download it HERE
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Yes. Models made to customer’s individual requirements are non-refundable.

How long after returning an item will I receive my money back?
You will receive your money back within 14 business days of receiving your shipment with us.
How long until I receive my products?
For Bulgaria, the delivery time is as per courier Econt’s terms and conditions – usually 1-2 business days.
For Europe the delivery takes about 2 weeks.
For the rest of the world – up to 2-3 weeks.In case of unavailable model, the production time is 2 weeks.
